This is an inclined screw conveyor for Food Ingredient manufacturer. It is being used to transfer product out from mixer to packaging machine. The screw conveyor designed in Open Top U-Shape which allow operator easy to clean the screw by just open the top cover secured by hand knob. The speed designed as high as 100 RPM for 35 deg of inclination angle. This allow product being screwed up with a momentum and minimized back flow. 

The screw conveyor unit designed sitting on a mobile skid where coupled with hydraulic cylinder. Mobile design allow operator easy to move the skid to washing during cleaning. Hydraulic system allow the screw laying down to ground level for easy cleaning purpose. All design are made of SS304 and comply to food hygiene standard.
