Dust Collector & Control Gate Unit For Cocoa Block 

This is a double gate cocoa block infeed control unit. This unit installed on top of a high speed, powerful block grinder. The function of this unit is to enclose flying grinding product inside the grinder while operator want to infeed the next block. At the same time, it also avoid operator accidentally drop any foreign material into production. 

It is a customized equipment, designed and built for a ingredient company based on customer special request. Firstly, first gate will open while second gate remain close, to allow operator to putting in a cocoa block. When done locate the cocoa block, operator will close the first gate by pressing a foot switch. There is a sensor to detect existence of cocoa block. Then it will only open the second gate to allow cocoa block to feed into block grinder.
