Bag Tipping Station For Coffee Bean 

This is a small bag tipping station, we supplied to Instant Coffee manufacturer. It is a station integrated with dust collection system, to allow operator to tip their 25kg coffee bean product into buffer hopper in more ergonomical way. The product dust generated during tipping will be concentrated and sucked into the station. Filtration being done by food grade polyester filter, intermittently back pulsing to clean off the filter bag automatically. The product dust eventually drop back to production where minimize product wastage. 

The production environment for this bag tipping station classified as ATEX Zone 22 certified zone. To comply to this requirement, all electrical components supplied are in class ATEX Zone 22 also.
